Old Methodist Church / Youth Club Survey

Apr 14, 2019 | Parish News

In late 2018 Cllr. Paul Wills contacted JNC Safety Services Ltd requesting a quotation to undertake an audit of the former Chapel in Fore Street, St Columb Major that is now used by the local youth club as their centre.

In conjunction with this, Casa Environmental Services were asked to survey the property to locate the presence and extent of any asbestos bearing materials as far as is reasonably practical.

The Council has concerns that the property may not currently be in a suitable condition for use, and needs these independent reports before making a decision for the buildings future.
