St Columb Major Town Hall: Re-roofing

May 30, 2023 | Parish News

This has been a long-standing asset in ownership of the Town Council, and we have always tried to keep it in good repair and purpose. Given its local historic value, and the importance of maintaining its historic features, we need to address essential work.

The Town Council has regularly discussed the concerns in public meetings, and the Mayor has kept residents informed via social media.

Anyone with any concerns, or questions, regarding this matter are to notify the Town Council.
Given the extent of the cost of this work, the Town Council is looking at a financial package from the Public Works Loan Board, which will impact the Precept considerably, but deemed essential.
