This year, Armistice Day falls on Saturday 11th November, and will see the Royal British Legion’s Act of Remembrance at 11 am.

Please keep the parking spaces opposite the Memorial free from 4pm on Friday 10th November.

The next day will witness the Town’s Annual Remembrance Day parade, service and laying of wreaths.

The parade will leave Trekenning Car Park at 2.30 pm, and reach the Church in time for the service at 3pm.  Wreaths will be laid at approximately 4pm.

Please note that all of the Town’s main roads, as well as all access points, will be closed.  In addition, please do not use the parking spaces opposite the Monument or adjacent to the Post Office.
