Parish To Celebrate VE day

St Columb Major Town Council is proud to announce that the Parish will celebrate and commemorate the 70th anniversary of “Victory In Europe Day” on Friday the 8th May, 2015.

The VE Day Parade will leave Trekenning Car Park at 1.30pm for a service and unveiling of a memorial plaque and commemorative seat at St.Columb Cemetery,Trekenning Road. This will be followed by a “Picnic in the Park” at the recreation ground.

Please bring your own picnic, This event is ion to all residents of the Parish, so please som come along to the event!
