St Columb Major’s Annual Remembrance Day parade, service and laying of wreaths will take place on Sunday 9th November.
The parade will leave Trekenning Car Park at 2.30pm and reach the Church in time for the service at 3pm. Wreaths will be laid at approximately 4pm.
Please note that all the Town’s main roads, as well as all access points and car parks, will be closed during the above times on Sunday 9th November.
Please keep the parking spaces opposite the War Memorial and adjacent to the Post Office free from 4pm on Friday 7th November.
Tuesday 11th November will see the Royal British Legion’s Armistice Day Act of Remembrance at 11am, for which parking areas opposite the War Memorial will remain cordoned off.
