ST COLUMB MAJOR TOWN COUNCIL

Minutes of the Annual Meeting of St Columb Major Town Council, held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, St Columb Major, on Tuesday 5^th May 2026 at 7.00pm.

Present:                    Cllrs Scot Taylor (Town Mayor), Mrs T McLeod (Deputy Mayor),

S Allen, S Anthony, A Dickens, R Jury & S Whetter

1/26    Mayor’s Welcome

The Mayor, Cllr Taylor, welcomed everyone to the Meeting.

1. Housekeeping

The Mayor addressed Councillors, gave advice on emergency procedures, and asked that all mobile telephones be switched off or silenced.          

2/26    Adjournment

The Mayor explained that the Town Clerk had been taken unwell, and thus proposed that the Annual Meeting be adjourned until 12th May 2026.  Cllr Allen seconded the motion, and it was resolved unanimously to adjourn the Meeting until 7pm on Tuesday 12^th May 2026.
