It has been just over a year since the running of the Library Service in St Columb Major was devolved from Cornwall Council to St Columb major Town Council,as part of the Devolution Programme.  Please see below a Questionnaire asking you two very quick questions.  Please read and leave your comments on the Town Council Facebook page, not on this website, or you can fill in a paper copy, which is available in the Library.  It is important that we hear from the Parish residents, so that we can improve the Service that the Town Council now provides.  Thank you.
